The Town’s History Advisory Committee began collecting items, decorating and preparing items for display in several of the rooms on the 2nd floor at the Town Hall.  Unfortunately, the Town Hall and these rooms are currently closed to visitors due to the Governor’s Stay-at-Home-Order .

Here are a few pictures of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the items in them.  Please stop by whenever the Stay-at-Home-Order has been lifted to check out these rooms in person.

All items are donated by individuals who are either originally from Eleanor or currently live here.  Each item is on loan for display and can be picked back up by the individuals or families whenever they would like.  If you believe you have a historically significant item that you would like to display at the Town Hall, please call 304-586-2319 to tell us about the item and we can arrange a time to meet to see if it will be a good fit for the museum.
